Chicken Stroganoff

I found this wonderful webpage from Pinterest a couple of weeks ago. I've made quite a few of the simple, easy, delicious recipes from the site. I thought I'd share a few here as I make them this week.

Chicken Stroganoff



2 Tablespoons butter
1 lb. chicken breast, cut in strips
2 cups mushrooms
1 medium onion, chopped
1 can cream of chicken soup
1/2 cup sour cream
4 cups egg noodles




Directions:
1. Cook chicken in 1 Tablespoon butter. Remove.
2. Cook mushrooms and onions in remaining butter. 



3. Stir in chicken, soup and sour cream. I added salt/pepper to taste. Heat until boiling. 




4. Serve over noodles, with a tossed salad and buttered Italian bread.
